Calls for proposals
The Europe Initiative supports its members' scientific activities through a continuous funding mechanism. Applications can be submitted on an ongoing basis, depending on the needs of the project leaders.
Organisation of calls for proposals
Eligibility criteria
The project must be led by at least one member of the Sorbonne University Alliance. Partnerships within the ASU are encouraged.
Submission procedure
Project leaders are invited to:
- Download the funding application form (see document to download at the bottom of the page);
- Complete the form with the required information;
- Send it to the heads of the relevant division, copying in Agnès Dudych (agnes.dudych@sorbonne-universite.fr).
Approval procedure
- For expenses under €1,000, approval is given by the heads of divisions or departments.
- For expenses exceeding €1,000, approval is subject to the opinion of the Executive Board meeting as a collegiate body.
Executive Board meetings
The Executive Board meets at regular intervals, every two to three months, to review applications and ensure a response within a reasonable time frame.
